If it does not suit you and you would like to cancel the booked appointment, you can notify us by email or phone!

If, for any reason, you cannot attend at the reserved time, please inform us in a timely manner! Considering the reorganization takes time, cancellation/modification is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked appointment (by email or phone), taking into account the opening hours.
